Across oil and gas streams, RBI approaches enhance asset integrity, focus inspection and the costs of the most critical equipment. However, the risk picture has moved on with changes in process conditions, increased throughputs and the introduction of a new workforce. Equipment degrades during its years of in-service operation, sometimes at rates higher than expected and mature assets can't be expected to perform as they did before the process conditions changed. Inevitably, the risk associated with such failures increases, while traditional RBI programmes remain static.
Hear from our expert on RBI's and IOW's, Vishal Lagad, who will discuss how IOW's can identify allowable operating limits with a framework that captures process changes as they happen, in real time and how they can prevent the onset of rapid asset deterioration.
