We’ll apply science, technological measures and organisational processes so you’re able to recover from disruptive events.
Overview
Society depends on the proper functioning of essential services and systems, such as food, water and energy supplies, transportation, telecommunications and healthcare. These services and systems are increasingly complex and interdependent, making them susceptible to catastrophic and cascading failures under stress caused by disruptive events. Such events include long-lasting power black-outs, power distribution network failures, contamination of drinking water and natural disasters, from hurricanes to floods, landslides and earthquakes.
Our Resilience Engineering solutions support our clients in resisting, responding to and recovering from a vast range of disruptive events.
Service Breakdown
Our general methodology for resilience engineering analysis is similar in approach to our Emergency Preparedness Analysis (EPAs).
We will identify potentially disruptive events for your organisation and operations. We then perform a consequence assessment, where direct consequences and potential cascading effects are considered. Finally, we identify the technological, operational and organisational measures you will need to control and normalise the situation.
